Lois Capps introduced an amendment to the Health Care Reform legislation just before midnight last night. The amendment passed with 33 ayes to 23 nos and created a block grant for “pregnancy prevention”. If approved in the final bill, this block grant would create a list of "approved" curricula that meets criteria set by the administration.
